Michael L. DeFrank is an attorney who has been practicing before the State and Federal Courts of Southern California since 1997. He has represented persons accused of crimes from arraignment through trial in cases ranging from infractions and misdemeanor offenses to cases carrying mandatory life prison terms. Mr. DeFrank worked for both a prosecutor's office and public defender's office. He has worked at some of the largest private law firms in the state. Mr. DeFrank left the hustle and bustle of San Diego and Los Angeles in 2003 in favor of the Palm Springs area.
